The Ambassador 350 is made in two models- ‘High Torque (HOT)’ and ‘Low Torque (LT)’. The HT was made from 1983 to 1985 (1989 for government). It develops a detune of 39 bhp (29 kW) to 30.5 bhp @ 6750 rpm by restricting the exhaust ports of the Yamaha RD 350B. The LT was made from 1985 to 1989.
