Nothing Phone 3a Launch Today
Nothing is launching its Nothing Phone 3a series in India today. Ahead of the launch, the company has released both the upcoming models, the Phone 3a and the Phone 3a Pro, at MWC 2025. Showcasing the design, Nothing’s co-founder and India president Akis Evangelidis showed the phone at Qualcomm’s booth.
This means that the chipset has been confirmed once again. Although Nothing has not yet revealed any other details at MWC, but full information will be revealed in today’s launch.
The company has told that it will be officially launched in India today at 3:30 pm. And after the launch, those who want to buy it can book this phone by going to Flipkart. However, the company has not yet told when the sale of Nothing’s new handset will start and when buyers can pre-book it.
What will be the features of Nothing Phone 3a series
This time you will see some changes in the design of Nothing’s new phone 3a series. This time the company is giving an Essential Key on the right side. Clicking on this button will open the Essential Space, which is an AI-powered hub. Here users can store screenshots, voice notes, social media saves and more.
The phone has got IP64-rated dust and water resistance rating. That is, water splashes cannot harm it. It includes features like Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4. Apart from this, the Pro model is expected to be slightly heavier, weighing about 10 grams more than the standard version.
Both devices are expected to have a 6.77-inch flat LTPS AMOLED panel display with FHD+ resolution, 387 PPI, 120Hz refresh rate and 3,000 nits peak brightness. The front is expected to have a punch-hole cutout in the centre for the camera and Panda Glass is expected to make the screen more secure.
Talking about the cameras, both the models are rumoured to come with a triple-lens rear setup that includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor with OIS, an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera, and a 50-megapixel telephoto lens with OIS. The standard Nothing Phone 3a may offer 2x optical zoom,
while the Pro model is expected to feature 3x optical zoom. On the front, the Nothing Phone 3a may include a 32-megapixel selfie camera, while the Pro variant may come with a higher-resolution 50-megapixel front shooter.
The Nothing Phone 3a series is expected to feature the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset. Unlike this, the Nothing Phone 2a had the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Pro. Both models in the Nothing Phone 3a lineup are likely to pack a 5,000mAh battery as before. In terms of memory and storage, the Nothing Phone 3a may come in 8GB and 12GB RAM variants with 128GB or 256GB internal storage. However, the Pro version may be released in a single configuration with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage.
What can be the price of Nothing Phone 3a series
The Nothing Phone 3a series is expected to launch in India with a starting price of Rs 24,999 for the base Phone 3a variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, while the top-end 12GB + 256GB model could be priced at Rs 28,999. The Nothing Phone 3a Pro is rumoured to start at Rs 31,999 for the 8GB + 128GB variant, while the highest configuration (12GB + 256GB) is expected to be priced at Rs 35,999.
