Hunter 350: Favorite bike of youth
Royal Enfield Hunter 350 was launched in 2022 targeting the youth. The design of this bike is modern and sporty, which is very much liked by the new age riders. The biggest feature of Hunter 350 is its affordable price. This is the cheapest bike of Royal Enfield, whose ex-showroom price starts at just Rs 1.50 lakh.
Hunter 350 sales jump
Hunter 350 sales surprised everyone in April 2025. 18,109 units were sold this month, which is 6.7% more than 16,958 units in March 2025. If we compare year-on-year, 16,186 units of Hunter were sold in April 2024, that is, there has been an increase of 11.8% this year.
In this way, Hunter 350 has become the second best-selling bike of Royal Enfield. This figure proves that Indian bike lovers are liking affordable and stylish bikes.
Classic 350: Still number one
Despite the growing sales of Hunter 350, Royal Enfield Classic 350 is still the company’s best-selling bike. The retro design and reliable performance of Classic 350 makes it the first choice of Indian riders.
Classic 350 sales figures
26,801 units of Classic 350 were sold in April 2025. However, this figure was 33,115 units in March 2025, i.e. a month-on-month decline of more than 9% was seen. But if compared year-on-year, 20,650 units of Classic 350 were sold in April 2024, i.e. there has been an increase of 29.82% this year.

This clearly shows that Classic 350 is still Royal Enfield’s most reliable and popular bike.
Bullet 350: Old but reliable
The Royal Enfield Bullet 350 is the company’s oldest and most historic bike. Its legacy look and strong build quality give it a distinct identity. However, the introduction of Hunter 350 has slightly affected the sales of Bullet 350.
Bullet 350 sales figures
16,489 units of Bullet 350 were sold in April 2025, which is 25% less than 21,987 units in March 2025. But if we compare year-on-year, 14,500 units of Bullet 350 were sold in April 2024, that is, there has been an increase of 13.7% this year.
The price of Bullet 350 is Rs 1.75 lakh (ex-showroom), which is slightly higher than Hunter 350. Because of this, riders looking for an affordable option are now getting more attracted towards Hunter 350.
Why is the Hunter 350 so successful?
There are several reasons behind the growing popularity of the Hunter 350:
Affordable price
The starting price of Royal Enfield Hunter 350 is just Rs 1.50 lakh, which makes it the cheapest bike of Royal Enfield. This is the reason why young and budget-conscious buyers are getting attracted towards it.
Modern and sporty design
The design of Hunter 350 is different from Classic 350 and Bullet 350. It has a sporty style, sleek headlamp and compact body, which is liked by the youth.
Light and better handling
The weight of Hunter 350 is less than Classic and Bullet, making it easy to drive in cities. Its handling is also very good, which is a better option for new riders.
Strong engine performance
The Hunter 350 has a 349cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine, which produces 20.2 bhp power and 27 Nm torque. This engine gives smooth and reliable performance.

Will Hunter 350 overtake Bullet 350?
Given the increasing sales of Hunter 350 and the falling demand of Bullet 350, it seems that Hunter 350 can overtake Bullet in the coming time. However, Bullet 350 has its own identity and it is still popular among old riders.
But if Royal Enfield reduces the price of Bullet 350 or adds some new features to it, then it can regain its old glory again.
Conclusion: Hunter 350 – Star of the Future
The Royal Enfield Hunter 350 has proved that bikes with affordable price and good performance can make a splash in the Indian market. This bike is not only liked by the youth, but it has also surpassed legend bikes like the Bullet 350.
If the sales of the Royal Enfield Hunter 350 continue to grow like this, then it can soon challenge the Classic 350 as well. At the moment, the Hunter 350 is proving to be a game-changer in the Indian bike market.
