Mahindra BE 6e has been introduced with two types of battery packs. The first is a 59 kWh unit and the second is a 79 kWh unit. Equipped with LFP battery, this SUV has been built on Mahindra’s scalable and modular Born-EV INGLO platform. This car can reach a speed of up to 100 km in about 6 seconds. This car with three driving modes can run up to a range of 682 km on a single charge. Apart from this, this car can be charged from 20 to 80 percent in 20 minutes.

Mahindra BE 6e Design:
Both the look and design of Mahindra BE 6e are quite attractive. The styling of this car has been done in a very sharp manner. Thick gloss black cladding has been given on the sides of the car. Apart from this, the wheel arches give a very good dual-tone finish to the exterior. The car has a new C-shaped LED daytime running light with illuminated logo. The split spore divided into two parts, wraparound LED tail-lights with full width are making the look of the car very attractive. Talking about the size, this car is 4371 mm long and 1907 mm wide.

The BE 6e has dual-tone alloy wheels, but the gloss cladding on the wheel arches is similar to the XEV 9e. It has flush-type door handles on the front doors, while the rear door handles are connected to the C-pillar. Wheel arches are provided on the BE 6e and the ORVMs, A-, B- and C-pillars have been given a black shade. The tail lights in it are C-shaped like DRLs and are not connected to each other. Its bumper has been given a very attractive look.

Mahindra BE 6e – Battery Specifications and Features:
The Mahindra BE 6e is built on the INGLO platform and comes with a choice of two battery packs — 59kWh and 79kWh — to power the electric SUV coupe. The former makes 221bhp while the latter makes 281bhp and both have the same peak torque of 380Nm. With the larger battery pack, Mahindra claims an ARAI-certified range of 682 km while the battery can be charged from 20-80 per cent in 20 minutes while the SUV can sprint from 0-100 kmph in 6.7 seconds.

Bookings will start from January 2025, with deliveries expected to begin in late February or early March. Both EVs are based on Mahindra’s all-new modular INGLO platform, which features a compact “three-in-one powertrain”. It includes an inverter and transmission.
